Meet the Maker: Abbey Watters

Behind every candle is a story of relaxation, recovery, and deep-rooted tradition. Abbey Watters first learned the art of candle making as a child, helping her mother and grandmother craft with vintage 1970s kits in their basement. Years later, in 2017, while recovering at home from surgery, Abbey picked the craft back up as a way to find peace, stay creative, and fight off boredom.

What started as a relaxing hobby quickly blossomed into a thriving passion project as people fell in love with her beautiful creations. Today, as a dedicated NICU nurse and mother of four boys, this artisan venture remains Abbey’s ultimate creative outlet and self-acclaimed therapy.
